“Crops are progressing well, and stands look really good here," Sievers said June 25. Most farms in the area received 1 to 2 inches from the last round of storms, he said. Farmers are wrapping up their second pass on soybean spraying and are gearing up to apply fungicides, Sievers said. "It looks like we could have corn tasseling by July 10, so we're not far away."
