Despite lower dairy prices, Iowa’s dairy farmers can look forward to an expanding market in Iowa in the next few years. That’s according to research from Marin Bozic, assistant professor in dairy foods marketing economics in the department of applied economics at the University of Minnesota.

“I’m very bullish of dairying in Iowa,” Bozic told attendees at the Dairy Iowa meeting held last week in Waverly.
