Jacob Handsaker, a Hardin County Farm Bureau member and former chair of the Iowa Farm Bureau Young Farmer Ad­­visory Com­­mittee, has been nam­­ed to the U.S. De­­partment of Agriculture’s (USDA) Advisory Committee for New and Beginning Farmers and Ranchers (ACBFR).
