Biofuel advocates criticize EPA plan

Iowa agriculture leaders and lawmakers last week expressed disappointment at the Environ­mental Protection Agency’s (EPA) final rule on 2020 biofuels volume requirements, saying that the agency’s action will continue market uncertainty be­cause it gives the agency leeway to undercut biofuel levels.
