AFBF, states file lawsuits to halt water rule

The American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF), along with a number of other agricultural and construction organizations, have petitioned a federal district court in Texas to stop federal agencies from enacting a rule to redefine the scope of federal jurisdiction under the Clean Water Act.
