Iowa Cash Rents 

The USDA published their annual state and county cash rental rates for 2026 at the end of August. Cash rental rates are surveyed for irrigated, non-irrigated, and pastureland. Despite challenging crop and input market conditions, rent rates on a statewide average basis have remained relatively flat compared to the last few years.
