Acres of Opportunity is an Iowa Farm Bureau-inspired conference designed to explore crop, livestock, and business diversification for both new and established farmers.
This one-day event offers a range of breakout sessions focused on helping farmers discover new revenue streams in niche markets such as specialty meats, berries, beekeeping, lavender, fresh flowers, agritourism and more.
Attendees will have the chance to connect with industry experts and successful farmers who have embraced alternative enterprises. Learn firsthand about innovative business models and how to create new income opportunities on your farm. There will also be dedicated sessions on business topics such as loan programs, e-commerce, and grant opportunities.
