When the Hartog family opened a bakery in Tipton in 1928, they likely didn’t dream that the delectable pastry they invented that year, the Tipton Bakery Crescent, would someday be shipped all over the world, or that the bakery would, more than 85 years later, have a Facebook page with nearly 3,000 “likes.”
