Real Talk to Real Timelines, is a day and a half immersive workshop that builds on the foundation of past Take Root workshops in a deeper, more hands-on way. Families are encouraged to attend together, including multiple generations, spouses, and off-farm heirs. They will work through conversations about vision and values, roles and decision-making, ownership and transition timing, fair versus equal, and long-term continuity, leaving with a clear, actionable succession plan they can begin implementing immediately.
