Even though spring has arrived, the commingling of thunderstorms, rain, drizzle and snowstorms just within one weekend has many people wishing they could just get outside and get some yardwork done. Even flowers trying to bloom are confused right now.
But there’s one thing people cannot be confused about — their safety when working outdoors.
