Kasey Wallace understands that consumers today have a lot of questions about how their food is grown and raised, particularly when it comes to beef.

That’s why Wallace, an office assistant for the Fremont and Mills County Farm Bureaus in southwest Iowa, volunteers her time to promote beef both locally and across the country.

“It’s just always been my passion, promoting beef and engaging with consumers. That is one of the most important keys right now is how do we engage with our consumers and talk to them about beef and how healthy and nutritious beef is,” Wallace says.
