The Iowa Department of Transportation is requesting public input for proposed bridge raising projects on Interstate 29 in Woodbury County.
The project includes raising the height of the:

New bridge approaches will be constructed, guardrails installed, and field fence replaced. When complete, the two bridges would have a clearance height of 16-feet, 6-inches.
Through traffic would be detoured during construction.

- For K-35/Carroll Avenue, traffic would be detoured using Carroll Avenue, 280th Street, Old Highway 75, and Poplar Street/Woodbury County Road K-25.
