It’s funny how when the weather changes, we start to crave our favorite seasonal foods. Last week, I overheard someone say it felt like “soup season” now that the cooler, fall temperatures are here.

It was the perfect description of why I’ve been craving pumpkin bars, hot apple cider and buttered popcorn to snack on while watching the new fall TV shows.

I’ve noticed that a lot of food bloggers and websites are sharing popcorn recipes, in particular, with the changing of the seasons. Nowadays, popcorn is topped with unusual flavor combinations, like Italian seasonings and grated Parmesan cheese, cracked pepper and sriracha hot sauce.
