Nationwide WOTUS Stay Sends Strong Message to Congress

The temporary stay the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals handed down on Friday means the Environmental Protection Agency cannot enforce its Waters of the U.S. Rule nationwide. The stay will remain in effect until the court rules on whether it has jurisdiction to hear the case.
