Every day at work, I face a dilemma: What should I eat for lunch? I live too far from work to drive home and dig through the fridge for leftovers. And I’m not a big fan of brown-bag lunches after eating too many turkey-and-mayo sandwiches in between classes as a student at Iowa State University.

So I’m envious of the folks who work in downtown Des Moines and now have a new lunch option...
