Emily Coll (Farm, Food and Enterprise Development Program Coordinator from ISU Extension and Outreach) will lead an interactive session where she will discuss the why's and how's of enterprise budgets and go through a few budgets already completed. Participants will learn about how budgets are different than whole farm financial records and how market outlets can drastically change profitability.
