The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Wednesday, May 17, to discuss an Interstate 80 corridor study area that extends from east of the Cedar River to 1 mile east of Cedar County Road Y-26.

All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting anytime between 5 and 6:30 p.m. at the Iowa DOT’s maintenance garage, 2092 Moscow Road, approximately 8 miles south of Tipton, which is south of the I-80 interchange at Moscow Road/Cedar County Road X-54. The meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvements. No formal presentation will be made.
