Farm to Table & more — It’s a family effort as beef producers Dee (pictured on right), Aurora and Jack Pickard speak about beef production. Students learned that beef farmers not only provide us with tasty food choices, but the beef byproducts also help to make common everyday items like soap and toothpaste. Students were also able to touch the calf who was waiting patiently nearby.
