The success of county Farm Bureaus across Iowa can be attributed to the efforts of county leaders who build strong coalitions and foster collaborative relationships to strengthen their communities, influence policy and promote ag­­riculture. 

Six county Farm Bureau presidents provided insights into the diverse strategies and approaches behind their county’s successes across three key areas — membership growth, public relations and policy advocacy — during a panel discussion on last month’s Presidents Incentive Trip to Toronto.
