Branstad ramps up push to stop changes in biofuel rule

Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad last week continued his push to keep the current ethanol use levels of the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and sharply criticized the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposal to cut back on biofuel requirements.
