BBQ Beef (for sandwiches)

Ingredients: 
4 lb. beef roast, cooked until tender
1-3/4 c. ketchup or 1 14 oz. bottle
1 can tomato soup
½ c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
½ tbsp. dry mustard or a little regular mustard
4 bay leaves
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
