Agricultural groups last week applauded the introduction of bipartisan legislation to renew Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), a move that could help pave the way for the expansive Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, which would link the United States into a free trade agreement with 11 other countries, including Japan, Australia, Vietnam, Canada and Mexico.
