It’s a brand new year, and once again, it’s the season for making resolutions to feel better by getting more exercise and losing a few pounds.
At the gym I attend in Des Moines, you can certainly tell the calendar has flipped to 2016. Weight machines are all busy, exercise classes are jammed and it’s hard to find a bike at the cycling classes.
