Costs:
For Member:
$850.00 per person: which includes airfare, hotel (double occupancy) and food.
$350.00: additional cost if a single room is requested vs. sharing a room with another member.
Note: Spouse or significant-other attendance is based on space availability and is not guaranteed. If you would like your spouse/significant other to be considered, please indicate that on your application and ensure they complete a separate application. The cost for spouse participation is $2,245.00, and acceptance of your application does not ensure that your spouse/significant other will also be accepted to attend.
If selected for the trip, a $425 deposit will be due by January 21, 2026.

Selected participants must be Farm Bureau members in Iowa in good standing.
Participants will be asked to share what they learn on the market study tour through a minimum of three presentations or outreach events in their local communities after the study tour.
Participants must be willing and able to walk for extended periods of time as may be required by market study tour activities.
Participants will be notified by end of December 2025, if they are selected for the trip.
