1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 green pepper, cut into thin strips

1 red pepper, cut into thin strips

1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strips

1 small onion, thinly sliced

2 turkey tenderloins, sliced into thin strips (Editor’s note: Leftover Thanksgiving turkey works great too.)

1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix

Fajita fixings: tortillas, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, shredded cheese

 

  1. Saute 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil, peppers and onion in pan, then remove from pan onto a clean plate.
  2. In same pan, add and cook 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil, turkey, dressing mix and water as needed.
  3. Serve with tortillas, cheese, lettuce, salsa or sour cream.
