Best Coffee Cake

Ingredients: 
1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. package vanilla instant pudding mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, divided (optional)
Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, oil and vanilla in a large bowl, and set aside. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, and set aside. Pour the nuts on the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Pour half of the yellow cake  mixture over the nuts. Evenly sprinkle the sugar mixture on top. Pour the rest of the yellow cake mixture on top of the sugar mix layer, and sprinkle more nuts on top (optional). Bake 30 to 35 minutes. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth. After removing from the oven, pour glaze over cake. Yum!

One-Step Tropical Coffee Cake

Ingredients: 
1-1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) carton orange yogurt
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Topping:
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl, and stir until well blended. Pour into a well greased 9-inch square pan. Spoon orange sections evenly on batter. Combine last three ingredients, and sprinkle over the oranges. Bake for 40 minutes.  

Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients: 
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 can apple pie filling
Topping: 
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon

Black walnuts

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir together the cake mix, eggs and pie filling, and pour into a greased and lightly floured 9x13-inch cake pan. Mix all topping ingredients to get a coarse crumb mix, and sprinkle over the cake batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
