Iowa Transportation Commission to meet in Clinton August 14

The Iowa Transportation Commission will hold its next business meeting Tuesday, Aug. 14, at the Eagle Point Lodge, 4101 N. Third St., Clinton.
On Monday, Aug. 13 the Commission will tour transportation projects in eastern Iowa and conduct an informal workshop session at the Eagle Point Lodge.

Transportation tour
The Commission and Iowa Department of Transportation staff will tour transportation projects in eastern Iowa Monday, Aug. 13, starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Hampton Inn Clinton, 2781 Wild Rose Circle South. The tour will end around 2 p.m. at the Hampton Inn in Clinton. Transportation-related matters may be discussed, but no action will be taken on the tour.
Informal workshop session
The Commission will meet informally with staff from the Iowa DOT beginning at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, at the Eagle Point Lodge, 4101 N. Third St., Clinton. The following transportation-related matters may be discussed, but no action will be taken during the meeting.
