      TRANSPORTATION SECURITY PLAN INFORMATION FOR FARMERS

    A final Department of Transportation (DOT) rule issued September 25, 2003 requires producers who ship or transport hazardous materials in quantities that require placards to develop and implement a transportation security plan.
